Assistant Professor of Accounting

I am an assistant professor of accounting at Susquehanna University. I earned my doctorate in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio after completing my Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. My research interests include corporate culture, diversity, public policy, debt contracting, financial reporting quality, and auditing. My work has been published in leading accounting and finance journals, including the Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, British Accounting Review, Accounting and Finance, Australian Accounting Review, and Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting. At Susquehanna, I teach advanced financial accounting and managerial accounting. Before joining Susquehanna University, I was an assistant professor of accountancy at Wright State University, where I taught management accounting, financial accounting, and federal income tax for undergraduate and MBA students.

About Me

I am an assistant professor of accounting at Susquehanna University.
